Instructions

Each student will write a paper:defining leadership style (contrasting leadership style with leadership approaches/theories or a leadership philosophy) and discussing the students own leadership style,describing strategic leadership skills and discussing the students strategic leadership aptitude using results from assessments in Northouse (2019) and Schoemaker, Krupp, and Howland (2013), andanalyzing the impact of leadership style on strategic leadership. The impact of the students faith on leadership practice should be included.The student will cite the textbook, Scripture, and at least one article from peer-reviewed journals or reputable business publications.The paper will be between 900-1200 words in length (at least 3 typed pages), not including the title or reference pages. This is the only paper where first person is allowed. Use first person language when necessary to describe your leadership style and leadership aptitude, but remain in third person throughout the rest of the paper. The paper will be evaluated using the Personal Leadership Grading Rubric.
