The Research Proposal topic is up to you. But basically I'd need you to follow all these instructions that'd be best! a. Introduction/Overview: summary of your proposed research work, link your research to the existing strengths of the department you are applying tob. Research aim and objectives: what you intend to find out (aim/research question) and what steps (objectives) you propose to take to answer the research aim/question(s)c. Positioning of proposed research work: explain how the proposed research adds to, develops or challenges existing literature in the field (define knowledge gap) (you can communication technologies, soft and hard technologies, applications of soft technologies, factors affecting corporate communication, what is lacking in corporate communication, assess how soft technologies improve corporate communication), identify the problem/gap that the research is intended to addressd. Methodology: how information/data will be collected, analyzed; define the parameters of the research (resources, equipment, etc.); overall approach and rationale for adopting this approach; specific objectives (e.g. complete 20 interviews with members of Group X); timeline for achieving the research aim and objectivese. Expected outcomes: anticipated results; how the results meet research aim and contribute to the research fieldf.
