Only qualitative methodology is defined. There is too much literature and conceptual parts listed in Chapter 3 (such as explaining weaknesses of healthcare in the US and the UK) that are not part of the methods chapter. 2.    Population section needs to be in paragraph format and should require participants have affiliation as enrolled in the VA healthcare system (not all military use VA). 3.    Sample explains another study's process instead of the current study. 4.    Chapter 3 should only address the current study. 5.    There are quantitative sampling procedures listed and the data collection only states the instruments (sources of data) being used. There is no process explained that would allow replication. 6.    The instruments also need significant updates.
