The Client had an internship opportunity to work at The Peninsula Hong Kong from 9 July 2018 to 8 July 2019. She spent 6 months working at the hotels cafeteria called "Felix" and he had spent another 6 months working as a waitress at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, Spring Moon.The goal of this essay Is to briefly describe her experience at the hotel and describe in detail how the client has utilise the theoretical concepts and put them into practice during the internship.
