Qn. 1I carried out the plan as I sought to gain knowledge and information on how I could help my daughter run her non-profit organization. I achieved my goals as I earned various insights which I believe will be appropriate for me in the course of my engagements. It believes that the skills will enable me to be of significant value to my daughter as I will enable her to be outstanding in her activities effectively. Qn. 2One of the resources which I used was the book, Human Resources Management for Public and Nonprofit Organizations by Joan E. Pynes. I also used the resource Council for Standards in Human Services Education (CSHSE) Curriculum Standards. A third resource that I used is Standard 6 and Standard 9.
