Write a response to the following post:Since the infrastructure of the health care model has changed and continues to change, organizations have to begin to look at themselves as hospital systems in order to replicate the best possible care (Kacik 2017, para. 16). As policy-makers implement changes, newer strategies and a sense of community need to be embraced to ensure the continued delivery of quality patient care (Kacik, 2017; Talmage, Figueroa, & Wolferteing, 2017). Organizations will have to shift their traditional mindsets about managing (Kacik, 2017) and use their resources responsibly (Shuldham, 2017).
