The personality trait will enable them to be capable of integrating with the businesses and other people in China. Therefore, before their departure to China, they need to learn about the culture of people in China and learn to combine the business methods applied back home and the ones in China (Bauer & Erdogan 2017). As a result, they will be useful in their activities. They also need to be more willing to interact with other people in China more easily, so to learn from them.
