This is a continuation from Parts1/2 that you completed (The relationship between Nursing Leadership in Healthcare and Patient Satisfaction).Part 3 Project Approach (Methods): Students will identify the research process, how they will collect data, how they will analyze data and the instrumentation used. This can include selecting what Qualitative research method to use, the research target (population and sample). Through a flexible design, using qualitative methods, a concept will be discussed. Methods and MaterialsDesignThe study will take the form of a randomized study of various hospitals across the world. Mostly narrowing down to various hospitals in the United States. It will be a cross-sectional review of the relationship that exists between leadership in nursing and the level of satisfaction of the patient during care in teaching and referral hospitals. SamplingSamples of five teaching and referral hospitals within the United States will be taken from New York. New York has a high population compared to other cities and states. A total of 60 wards will be taken as samples. The 60 wads were for University hospitals.
