Options In line with the issues above, o would recommend suspension be given to Tom for his unprofessionalism in work. A suspension for two weeks tops will be appropriate and in order for him. Tom McKenna has the tendency to miss work without notice or valid reason. This will be a big step to eradicate work absenteeism.
