Give three examples that compare the characters how they are alike, or contrast the characters how they are different. You may also choose to compare and contrast. Explain how both of the characters Gilgamesh and your choice of heroes from Module 1 or Module 2 fit the archetype of hero and how the hero has evolved.

The Hero Archetype and GilgameshAccording to what went down in history, it is true that Gilgamesh existed and was real. He served as the ruler of Uruk for the Sumerian Empire. His reign was between the 2800 and 2500 B.C.E. In the 2300 B.C.E, the empire was captured and was controlled by Akkadians. Besides the victory of Akkadians over the empire of Sumeria, Gilgamesh still stood to be among the hero and greatest warriors is his time. Some people approached him as a supernatural human being with immortal powers.
