Community Health-related IssuesI live in Indiana State, United States. According to the American Health Ranking report, 2016, Indiana was ranked 39 from the 50 in terms of healthcare performance. The major health issues in Indiana are heart diseases, smoking, which causes and stroke and diabetes. Hundreds of Indiana residents develop diabetes every year. In 2014, more than 1000 adults from Indiana were released from hospital suffering from diabetes. My uncle, who resides in Fort Wayne, was released from the hospital with amputated limbs because of diabetes. In highs school, my brother and I used to spend summer break at his place.
