4.2The first stage of SDWT is forming. It is the period of orientation, and members get acquainted with each other. At this stage, the level of uncertainty amongst the members is significantly high. Therefore, they need to spend more time with one another in a bid to lead each other well (Tang, 2019). The next stage is forming. The stage is characterised by competition and conflict among the members. They need to show that they are more competent than others.
