This assignment is an extension of the paper I am attaching. Evaluation PlanThe funding source will want to know how you will measure the success of your program. This is presented in an evaluation plan which measures if the goals and objectives were met. They will want to know if the funds were used appropriately. Develop your evaluation plan considering the expected outcomes, the evidence you want to collect to demonstrate your projects effectiveness, how you will collect the data needed, and then identifying the data analysis and the reporting procedures. Include any evaluation tools that you will develop to collect the data. This can be put in your Appendices. Use ofthe Coley and Scheinberg textbook with reference to concepts in Chapters 7 is required. 2-3 Pages plus attachments in Appendice
