Ethics in Criminal JusticeIn dealing with the issue, I will focus on the deontological ethical system. Thus, I will consider the situation of the woman and establish the factors which lead her to smoke marijuana. The current domestic challenges which she is experiencing serve as a major reason for her action. One moral rule which I will consider is the duty of care (DioGuardi, 2016).
