The intricacies of the film are in line with what St Thomas Aquinas considers beautiful in theology. According to Aquinas, beauty as four primary standards. These include; actuality, radiance, integrity and proportion. With respect to actuality, he states that humans love that which is not only good but also beautiful (Thiessen 89).
