Administrative ManagementI remember a time in 5th Grade at home when my elder brother wore my new t-shirt to school without asking for my permission. I confronted him about it and asked him to take it off and not to do it again. He would not agree to it. My father heard about our arguments regarding the shirt and only asked us to stop it and, instead, go to bed and sleep. He never addressed the issue, and I felt that he had chosen to side with my brother passively. I expected my father to scold him for his innuendo and ask him to take it off. For me, I felt that the actions of my father were, instead, unfair.
