Using the Baldrige Excellence Framework from https://www.nist.gov/baldrige/publications/baldrige-excellence-framework and your textbook and the relevant version of the criteria (Business, Education, or Healthcare), Identify 3-5 best practices from any of the six Baldrige process categories- Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer Focus, Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management, Workforce Focus, or Process. Your case study paper should include a brief overview of the organization and the service delivery system, a definition of evidenced-based best practices, and  a discussion of the identified best practices. Use evidence from the literature to support these practices as best practices.
