Brief but SpectacularThe PBS talk by Richard Ross tackles the challenges which juveniles face at correctional facilities. One major challenge which they experience is the loss of confidence in themselves. They have been put in those facilities because of wrongdoing. However, the intention of the justice system needs to show the juveniles that what they did was wrong and that they need to change their behavior (PBS NEWSHOUR, 2019). Rather, the system is seen to be interested in condemning them and making them feel bad about themselves.
