Weekly Journal EntryDuring my internship this week, I learned a lot in different areas. For example, I was involved in personal skill development activities. Through this, I was able to take part in different exercises geared towards helping me understand the various exercises for strength, flexibility and endurance. Ideally, as a physical education gym teacher, one is expected to know how to train students.
