Only source from the powerpoint attached, where you have sourced, put a star and I will fill in the proper source later.Chapter 6 Decision Making and CreativityScenario:  The Massachusetts Beer and Wine in Food Stores Initiative (#19-14) may appear on the ballot in Massachusetts as an indirect initiated state statute on November 3, 2020.  This proposed law would create a license allowing food stores to sell wine and beer for off premises consumption, progressively increase and then eliminate the limit on the number of licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages consumed off-premises that any one retailer could own or control, and require food stores and other retailers selling alcohol for consumption off-premises to implement certain age-verification policies to prevent the sale of alcohol to customers under age 21.Assignment Question: Identify all the stakeholders directly influenced by this initiative (assuming it comes to a vote on 11/3/20).  Briefly explain how each would be affected by the outcomes of this decision.  Identify and explain two different biases that could affect voters as they choose whether to vote yes or no on this question.  Be sure to demonstrate a clear understanding of the decision, i.e. to vote yes or no, and what each vote means.

Such stores will attain the ability to sell wine and beer with great ease. Further, the fact that they will not need to obtain numerous licenses to conduct their activities means that they stand the ability to make huge amounts of sales in the process.
