The paper must be written using the current APA format, I have attached the Abstract.  Please just use this as the guideline for the paper.  These are the instructions:Define your approved organization as you wish in terms of the whole or of the part that is most relevant. In 1-2 pages, provide a description of two to three problems identified (This is included).  After you have set the foundation, apply theories learned from the course to analyze your chosen organization and its identified problems. Utilizing the three perspectives, ensure clarity is evident on areas of which system, organizational environment, and changes as part of your analysis. Lastly, provide a personal perspective that discusses what you would implement to address the problems to move the organization forward as part of the evolving changes for organizations today. Include these as some of the headings - Identifications of issues, Analysis and Evaluation and Personal Perspective/Solutions, Biblical Integration.Please integrate the following in the paper 1.    Organizations can be seen from three different perspectives rational, natural, and open.  Natural systems are seen as an entity competing within an industry to be successful.  Rational systems are put together to attain certain goals.  Finally, open systems are more concerned with environmental factors that affect organizations. 2.    Technical systems refer to the grouping of equipment/tools with the knowledge from employees resulting in an anticipated product/service.  Complexity, uncertainty, and interdependence play a vital role in the technology and structure of organizations.  3.    A network organization is a compilation of self-directed businesses or units that work as a single larger entity.  Three major types of network organizations exist stable, dynamic, and internal.
