I'm writing a proposal to my boss on why I deserve a raise in my Child Development Career as a Lead Teacher. Here are some reasons why I think I deserve it:-I have worked with CYS (Child Youth Services) since 2002 as a FCC (Family Child Care) where I took care of children in my home. -I have been with the CDC (Child Development Center) since 2006 -I missed out on my last appraisal by a month due to PCS (Permanet Change of station - Moving to another state) although I received an "Outstanding" review.-Please provide that I am a hard worker and all the good things that come with working in a day care.
