HR Discussion Week 5Benefits and drawbacks of limiting the size of executive bonusesThe main benefit that can be drawn from adopting legislation that limits the bonuses executives get is that it reduces the wage burden for the organization. These types of legislation would allow the company to focus its resources on aspects such as growth rather than compensation of top-level employees. Profitability and reduced risk is the other benefit that can be drawn from limited executive bonuses since the compensation plan for all workers would be standardized.
