Per the paper instructions in the attachmentsLSummarize the scholarly article (which is provided) in your own words in approximately one page. Use paragraphs when writing your summary. Do not write the summary as one long paragraph. The summary should provide some of the important details in the study. It should demonstrate your knowledge of the different types of information that is provided in these sections, such as:a)What information was presented in the INTRODUCTION section that explains previous research and the motivation of the present study? What was the hypothesis for the study? This should include a brief background related to the research question (e.g., why is the question important, what research has been done previously, what is missing from the literature). You should also describe the central point of the study/article.b)What were the METHODS in general? Even if you don't understand some of them, try your best to summarize what they DID in the study in your own words.c)What were the RESULTS? It is ok not to discuss the statistics, but you should summarize whether there were effects or differences between groups found, and what they were.d)What was concluded based on the results? Did the results support the hypothesis (if included)? What can be inferred about the topic from the study? Are there limitations? This will be covered in the DISCUSSION or CONCLUSION section of the paper.Find a popular media article or video (e.g., magazine, newspaper, news story, online source that is not a peer-reviewed journal) [one is provided but if you find one that better suits the scholarly article, then that is fine as well) about the same general topic. It should be as closely related to the research article as you can find. It doesn't have to be about the exact same topic, of course, since research articles address quite specific topics.Summarize the popular article's contents in approximately one page in your own words. Again, use paragraphs when writing your summary. Do not write the summary as one long paragraph. There is much more variability in how these articles will organize information, but you should be sure to include some of the important details. In most cases, the article will also include a portion introducing the topic, methods, and results, and will follow with a discussion and/or conclusion section.Compare and contrast the type of information that you found in the two sources in approximately one page. Some important discussion points include those listed below. However, this is a creative section, where you should include your own interpretation. In this section, you should be thoughtful and analytical in your response. The discussion should discuss the experience and what you have learned from the exercise. Remember to focus on the difference between a research article and a popular media source.a)What are your observations regarding the different approaches and advantages and disadvantages of seeking out each type of information?b)What different conclusions might you come to if you read just the research article or just the media article, video, or source?c)How does this impact how you might seek out information or interpret articles and popular sources of information in the future?The paper should be approximately 3-4 pages in length. Although I put five pages, for this paper I would like to be closer to four pages, but for it also have an appropriate works cited page.IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure you include the title of the articles, authors, and years of publication at the top or bottom of the paper.All further details are found in the first attachment provided.
