The score can be interpreted to mean that the patient had depression, thus had to opt into alcoholism to manage the depression. The depression results in some medical challenges on the patient. The patient had a slightly higher blood pressure where the systolic pressure was elevated to some extent above the normal range. The diastolic pressure was, however, normal. The heart rate is standard but then records a case of underweight. The two abnormal traits of the patient in terms of the systolic pressure as well as underweight imply that the patient had depression.
