The purpose of this assignment is to create a current value stream map (VSM).  A VSM is an invaluable tool designed to understand current conditions and identify areas for improvement. At the end of this module, students will submit 3 items. Video recording of his/her process (already done and link to video is provided)VSM of his/her processVSM of PB&J Manufacturing FacilityAttached are the assignment instructions as they were given to me by my professor. I have also attached Chapter 5 and Chapter 6 of the textbook as this assignment covers the latter part of chapter 5 and parts of chapter 6.Please utilize the set of icons for the VSM at the link provided. Pencil, paper, or software that can accomplish the task of creating a clean, easy to read VSM are permitted.
