Reflection 5 & 6Wk 5 Reflection:During Week 5 lecture, there were important items that were covered that might apply to my present and future education, ministry, and life. Indeed, the chapter explored the concept of leadership in the context of connections between global organizations. As such, the lecture exposed me to knowledge relating to the excellence of leadership. According to Livermore, one should be convinced of the fact that to excel in leadership, there has to be a connection to the concept of cultural intelligence. The author proceeds to provide me with the insight that cultural intelligence is the capability to ensure effective functioning in intercultural settings which include generational, national and organizational contexts (Livermore, 2015).
