You should review the methods used to collect this data and then analyse it and draw conclusions. Activity 1 Agree an opportunity to evaluate an L&D activity/session with someone in your organisation or if you are not currently working, with a colleague who is delivering an L&D activity/session. * In conjunction with any other key stakeholders of the session, determine the criteria you will use as the basis of the evaluation and the related information you will need to collect. (AC 2.1 & 2.2)* Use appropriate methods and evaluation tools to collect the required information. (AC 2.3) * Analyse the information collected and draw evaluation conclusions. (AC 3.1) You must include evidence from collecting and analyzing evaluation information e.g. notes/raw data in your Appendix. I have attached 2 files about evaluating a training course (Evaluation Form Summary it has 3 sheets in excel file) and (Feedback to supplier about the course) to be used for activity two also.Activity 2 (1,000 words) Produce an Evaluation Report in which you explain:* at least two key reasons for evaluating L&D activities (AC 1.1) * different levels of, and approaches to, evaluating L&D activities (AC 1.2) * the criteria, information and collection methods you used in this evaluation (AC 2.1, 2.2, 2.3)* your evaluation findings (presented in a range of formats e.g. text, tables, charts and diagrams) and your related recommendations (AC 3.2) I need the references to be Harvard style, and I need them to be 10 references minimumI need a Key Learning Summary reflection about (Evaluating Learning and Development Activities) around 200 words.
