Should Bobby take the information to either his boss or Angies boss first in order to avoid what Bobby believe would be fruitless confrontation with Angie? Should Bobby tell Shirleen to stop working with Angie and stick to her normal production schedules when Angie asked for better dates?

Answer

Bobby vs. Angie Case StudyBobby should confront Angie directly with the information and ask her to correct Shirleens scorecard. The action will be important in ensuring that the quality of supplies provided by Shirleens company is sustained (Rahim, 2017). As it is established that Angie is on the wrong, it is important to inform her that she needs to improve in the area of placing a timely order for supplies. The approach will help reduce the friction which she constantly has with Shirleen in relation to lateness. Bobby should not take the information either to his boss or Angies boss to avoid a fruitless confrontation with Angie. Rather, he needs to pursue the idea of having a talk with Angie first. There is the possibility that Angie would be willing to listen to him where they happen to...
