Discipline Management PhilosophyIn the classroom settings, it is very important for the teachers to atleast develop a Discipline Management Philosophy which would be used to shape the behavior of the students. It is likely that students tend to behave differently and it is the responsibility of the teacher to set a disciplinary method that would correct certain behaviors.
