Group TheoriesSome of the skills that a leader may identify with include the acceptance of diversity in a community or an organization, as well as ensuring that their social justice within. Hence, this will involve the leaders having the intentions of running a diversified group without specializing in the marginalized community. Thus, all people should be treated equally and given equal opportunities.
