Effective Group LeadershipPersonally, as a leader, I would consider myself as being charismatic. This allows me to gain the trust of my employees as well as allow them to develop their potential and that of the group members. More so, this allows me to be more of a facilitator to my workmates rather than being commanding and demanding from them.
