State (2015) Issue This is a case involving the charge of theft, whereby Harriman together with his son was apprehended by law enforcement after they abandoned the shopping cart they had used to carry forty-one video games using At Kmart store. RuleThe court determined that the evidence tabled was enough to convict the accused and charge them with attempted theft. Indeed they conspired to commit a theft.
