Pain Assessment-COLDERRUsing the COLDERR method to perform a pain assessment, I examined my close friend suffering from chronic pain. COLDERR is an abbreviation for character, onset, location, duration, exacerbation, relief and radiation that helps one perform an accurate assessment for a patient (Taylor, Lynn, & Bartlett, 2018).
